Postpartum Doula Gift Certificate
Give the gift of peace, rest, and support to a new mother with a postpartum doula gift certificate from Ember of Light Doula Services. Whether it’s her first baby or her fifth, every mother deserves to be cared for during the sacred days after birth.
This gift certificate can be used toward postpartum doula services, including emotional support, light household help, newborn care guidance, basic breastfeeding support, and gentle encouragement rooted in Christ’s love.
A Thoughtful Baby Shower Gift:
Instead of more onesies or gadgets, give mom something she truly needs—hands-on support while she recovers. This is a beautiful and practical gift that blesses her in both body and spirit.
Some ideas of tasks that I would do to support the family:
caring for baby while mom takes a nap or shower
preparing a meal
washing pump parts, bottles
tidying and light cleaning
being a listening ear of support for mom
teaching a new dad some ideas of how to support mom
anything that lightens moms load and supports her recovery
Important Details:
Please ensure the recipient is within my service area (Elizabeth, WV and surrounding regions within 1 hour). If you're unsure, contact me before purchasing. This is your (purchaser) responsibility to check before purchasing. I will not return a gift certificate due to location issues, but it can be transferred to another person in that case (one time transfer).
No returns or refunds will be given unless there is a loss (such as miscarriage or stillbirth).
In those cases, I can still offer compassionate bereavement support and would be honored to walk alongside her, if the family is interested.
Certificate expires when recipient reaches 4 months postpartum or 1 year after purchase.
I will email a printable certificate to the purchaser. Please give 2-3 business days to receive the digital certificate. If you’re unable to print it, send me an email and I will mail or give it to you if you’re local to me.
Please Note: Most of my availability for postpartum care is in the evenings or on weekends. I do also hold a full time job, but if planned for a month in advance I can schedule a day time session. At this time I am unable to provide overnight services due to having a nursing baby of my own.
